How I tend to show up
I tend to show up with curiosity, care, and respect for the complexity that each person carries. My practice is guided by a belief that people are not problems to be fixed, but storytellers finding new ways to make meaning from what they’ve lived. In our conversations, you might experience me as gentle yet grounded—a companion who listens for the quieter truths that often go unnoticed.
I bring both my clinical training and lived experience into the room, holding space for stories of identity, belonging, and the ongoing process of becoming. My hope is to support people in reconnecting with their sense of agency and self-trust, especially in moments when life feels uncertain or heavy. I am drawn to conversations that explore the intersections of culture, spirituality, and the relational threads that shape who we are.
My intention is not to direct where you should go, but to walk alongside you as you remember what’s already within you.

Location of Place
I live and practice on the traditional, unceded (stolen) territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, in what is now known as Vancouver, BC. I hold deep respect and gratitude for the peoples whose enduring relationship with these lands continues to teach me about reciprocity, care, and connection in both life and practice.
